Call for Nominations for Board Elections

The time for the annual election of the Board of Directors is quickly approaching. Three of the nine positions will be open for election this year. Returning board members are Jim Puckering, Keith Hammer, Matt James, Bruce Johnston, Andrew Sand, and Sharon Martin.

The Board encourages all members to seriously consider running to serve as a member of the Board of Directors. Once elected, the Board of Directors will select the four Officer positions (President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary) from within their ranks. The three open positions will be for a 3-year term. Please see below for the "Job Description" of a board member.

Nominations must be received by Sunday May 28th, 2023. Voting will take place electronically from June 1st-11th, 2023. All members who paid their fees for the 2022-23 season will be eligible to stand for election and to vote. Election results will be posted by June 15th and the new Board will take office July 1, 2023.

Please watch for an email between May 28th and Jun 1st with the ballot.
