Board Member "Job Description"
The specific responsibilities of a Director are:
- Attend monthly board meetings
- Participate on at least one committee
- Participate in the development of policies, procedures and practices as needed for clubgrowth and development
- Participate in club events including social, promotional and fundraising
- Represent the club at public functions where appropriate and necessary
- Model good club citizenship through participation in leagues, events and financial stewardship
- Actively assist with the operations of the dedicated facility
- Be willing to serve in an Officer position if so qualified
The estimated time commitment for this role is 5-10 hours per month.
