2024/25 League Info

2024/25 Season Info:

• Our season will begin October 11, 2024 and run through April 18th, 2025
• There will be three 8-week sessions this season (24 total weeks of curling)
  • Session 1: Oct 11 - Dec 15
  • Session 2: Dec 16 - Feb 19
  • Session 3: Feb 24 - Apr 18 
• League registration for Session #1 will open September 9th
• Members must have completed both steps of the membership application/renewal process (fee payment and membership agreement) in order to be able to log in to the website to sign up for a league. Click here for more info
• Due to holidays, bonspiels and other special events a league may not be 8 consecutive weeks
• League Costs:
  • $190 for first league and $120 for each additional league

• Registration in most leagues will be capped at 28 players, or 7 teams.
  • Each team is guaranteed 6 games and one bye.
  • The top six teams in each league will play the final week in a playoff.
  • The 4 players on the team that does not qualify to play in the final week will receive a credit of $25 to be used in the next session.

Session 1 League Schedule

We have done our best to create a schedule that best matches members' preferences as indicated on the recent member survey and creates more league space to accommodate growth.

League Descriptions

Open Leagues

• Open to all members. 
• There are no restrictions as to experience or gender and you may sign up as a team or as an individual. 

Competitive League

• Geared toward experienced players who are looking for more challenging matches. 
• We are not restricting who may join the competitive league; however you must sign up as part of team.

Women's League

• Open to all female members. 
• This is a social, laid-back league which is very welcoming to newcomers, and we have a lot of fun things planned this season.

Friday Super League 

• There will be two draw times: you will play in either the early draw or the late draw
• Capacity for this league will be 56 players (14 teams)
• When registering, players will be given the opportunity to indicate their preference and/or availability for each draw time
• If possible, the schedule will be created such that there are cross-over games between the two draw times. Otherwise, the league may be divided into Fri early league and Fri late league.

Doubles League

• Traditionally teammates in a doubles league would be one male and one female curler, however, we are not making this "mixed doubles", therefore, any two curlers may make a team. 
• Rules of play are a little different for doubles, so be prepared for a new experience. No doubles experience necessary - instruction will be provided.

5 & Under League

• Open to all members with less than 5 years of curling experience.
• This is a great transition league for new players who may not feel ready to join a regular league. 
• At least one experienced club member will be on hand to answer questions and provide support as needed.

Costs:

• 8 week league fee is $190

• If you want to play in more than one league per week, the 2nd and subsequent league fees are discounted to $120 / league.
