Course Details:
Giri Suthakaran from USA Curling will be onsite to provide hands-on training throughout the day. The course will include a mix of classroom instruction and on-ice learning.
Upon successful completion, participants will receive their Level 1 Instructor Certification and a USA Curling Instructor patch.
Instructors are required to maintain valid Center for SafeSport and First Aid/CPR certifications for their credential to remain in good standing. Information on completing these requirements will be provided during the course.
Lunch will be provided.
Note for CCCC Members:
Circle City Curling Club is subsidizing the course cost for our members. In return, we ask that participants commit to volunteering at a minimum of three instructional events during the remainder of this season.
